encourages conversation and will perfectly match:
- Duck or goose Foie Gras, half cooked or sautéed
- Confit gizzard and duck magret salad
- Blue-veined cheeses (Fourme d’Ambert…) along with a pear poached in Chaume, or lying on gingerbread
- Pear Charlotte or warm Tartes Tatin
