Served at a very slightly cool temperature of 13 - 16°c, to develop its aroma, this wine will accompany simply and deliciously:
- numerous cold meats (rillauds d’Anjou, rillettes, smoked hams, etc.)
- dense-fleshed river fish with its reduced red wine sauce whipped in butter
- the numerous grilled pork dishes (ribs, ribs, roasts, etc.), sausages, andouillettes, etc.
- beef tartares or carpaccios,
- soft cheeses (reblochon, brie, farmhouse camembert, etc.)
Conservation: This wine, already very pleasant for quick consumption this summer, will evolve favorably over the next 3 years.
