Our Loire Valley red wines come from three grape varieties: Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Gamay.
Cabernet Franc is all about subtlety. Cabernet Sauvignon is all about structure. Gamay is all about fruitiness. Depending on the vintages and on the type of cuvées we want to produce, we can decide to blend them or to process them separately.
